I want to share with you my go to banana smoothie. It’s super good for anyone that suffers from hormonal imbalances, it’s super high in protein, and it’s delicious, literally made in a flash. Take it in the car to work and it will keep you sustained for hours. It’s also really good pre or post workout

2 tbsp almond or peanut butter
2 tbsp ground #forestsuperfoods chia seeds
1 – 2 tsp #forestsuperfoods maca powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp #forestsuperfoods hemp protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups dairy-free milk
2 frozen bananas
2 medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup organic oats
Place all in a blender and whiz till smooth
