Avocado Chocolate Mousse

* 1 Haas avocado, large, very ripe -1 cup mashed, * 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
* Dash Himalayan salt
* 1/2 cup forestsuperfoods raw cacao powder

Put the avocado, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a blender. Blend till smooth. Then add in the cacao powder, process again till entirely smooth and creamy
You can either serve immediately or refrigerate to enjoy it later .
