Building a Buddha bowl
A Buddha bowl is basically a colourful array of vegetables built to please the eye as well as the body. But essentially it can be a mix of whatever you have on hand. You can increase the nutritional profile of whatever you are building your bowl with, by adding some of our medicinal mushrooms to your dressing, or a little sprinkle on the vegetables. Turkey Tail, Reishi and Lions Mane all work in a dressing.
