Absolute gold! Upon first half teaspoon I felt energised. After 2 weeks I have increased to 2x a day and have not looked back. I have reduced my morning coffee brew by half (30g to 15g of beans). I’m not a coffee drinker. And I generally avoid energy drinks, so I can’t speak to any similar lift or jolt of energy. In fact, I may not have realised how good it does if it wasn’t for the reminder to write a review. I take this during the daily circadian low of the afternoon. I put the bulk of the serving under my tongue to melt a bit before consuming it. It’s not sweet, so there’s no impulsivity to grab more. And then I forget about it. Which I see as a plus. Because I also stop noticing my fatigue as an issue through the rest of the afternoon. Shipping, as always, is reliable and fast.

I love to use this stuff before my workouts. It tastes so good except for a funny after taste but you get used to it. I get more energy throughout my workouts but don’t take it at night because it can keep you awake
