Hi all
Quick note on the Forest Super Foods West Australian Bee Pollen. Order arrived on time. Been taking this at 1/2 – 1tsp straight under the tongue with a little water to help moisturize and disolve it once a day first thing in the morning. Its very palatable with a nice sweet taste. I don’t do sugars but this is just the right the amount of sweetness for me. Due to work commitments I am a very early riser 2.30am. Before starting this product I would have brain fog around 4 to 5 in the afternoon. Not anymore. I am sleeping better, actually have more energy, not the surging type but alert and steady all day. My mind feels clearer and calmer. Been taking for 2 weeks now, but honestly I felt the difference with my first dose.
I had been wanting to try bee pollen for a long time, since the radio station I listen to travelling to work heavily promotes another brand religiously stating how good it is. However when I looked into the other product supposedly from NZ I was disappointed to find out the one they ship to us Aussies is actually from China. Please note I am not prejudice at all but China is one of, if not the most polluted countries in the world. Polluted environment = polluted produce. So with more research I came across this brand, its good clean stuff, and the price is right. I prefer to spend my money on products I know work and can rely on to do what they say. I also like to support Aussie people and business when they are doing the right thing and a dam good job. So this product ticked all the right boxes for me.
Anyway Starting hubby on it now and will let you what he reckons down the track.
