Pine Needle Tea has been consumed for centuries. It is traditionally consumed by the American Indians mainly for its lung clearing abilities and Taoist monks drank it as they believed it would increase their life span.
One of the earliest documented uses was in 1543, when it was used to save the lives of Frenchman Jacques Cartier’s dying ship crew.
Pine Needle tea has 4 times the Vitamin C of orange juice, high amounts of Vitamin A and is great for clarity and mental clearness.
Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1 tablespoons of pine needles in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. .
Strain and enjoy.
