The delivery was quicker than I expected. I started off taking 8mls and increased slowly. I take it at lunch time and have noticed that I’m sleeping better. My lower back pain has eased along with my leg pain thus being able to walk and play tennis with a lot less pain.
Best hemp oil. I take 1 table spoon everyday and can tell the difference , my skin is much better now . Love it.

I was willing to try it after I researched the product and found that there were significant positive benefits attributed to the product for overall well being health and pain reduction. I have mild back pain that impedes some daily activities. After taking to the product for a week I found there was a reduction in the pain and my range of motions when moving around was easier, quicker and pain free. I take 30mls straight as recommended and found the flavour to be slightly nutty but pleasant. I would recommend to product.
