Our kids' chocolate greens are naturally flavoured with the highest quality, raw cacao on the planet.

Our ceremonial grade cacao is grown from the criollo cacao beans in Brazil. This species of cacao is known as ‘The King of Cacao’ due to low fermentation. Our cacao is cleaned and dried at very low temperatures to prevent heating and loss of nutrients. It comes to you Certified Organic so you know it is free of pesticides, herbicides and radiation.

People often confuse cacao with cocoa as they both come from the coco bean. Why is sugar-free so important for kids?

Young kids have growing minds that need to be nourished. But so many foods targeted at kids are packed with too much sugar and artificial stimulants that have been proven to work against cognitive development.

With our Kids’ Chocolate Greens blend, we wanted to take that idea and flip it on its head. What if we could combine healthy foods (that we know kids struggle eating enough of) with a healthy alternative to sweet treats? Honestly, we’re shocked no one thought of the idea sooner.

Our blend is sweetened with a touch of organic date palm sugar and organic banana, which both offer additional nutrients and vitamins.

Why does organic matter?

When formulating our chocolate greens blend, pollution-free ingredients were one of our highest priorities. Especially for kids.

There is a chemical overload in the atmosphere in many parts of the world, especially in countries responsible for growing our foods. Because plants are highly-absorbent, with time their nutrient properties start to reflect the environment around them.

In other words, they take on those toxins and they end up in your food. These toxins can be carcinogenic, neuro-disruptors and extremely problematic when consumed regularly.

Here in Victoria, we have much stricter regulations around pollution levels, especially for local farmers and growers. These blends, much like our mushrooms, are all grown on pollution-free plantations. Our greens are 100% Certified Organic, which means they are independently held to the highest organic standards.

Can I add a sweetner?

If your child loves their milkshake sweeter absolutely add a ripe banana, a dash of honey or some maple syrup. You can also add some more our cacao for an extra chocolate flavour. Whatever is required for them to get their greens in.

Is this product allergen-free? Specifically, does it contain any common allergens like dairy, nuts, or gluten?

The Barley Grass and Wheatgrass are harvested before the gluten is activated in the greens, making this product Gluten Free. It is also free of dairy and nuts.

Are there any added flavours or preservatives in this product?

The Kid’s Chocolate Greens is free from all colours, flavours and preservatives
