Hello Skin Glow Recipe

Full to the brim with healthy fatty acids and super foods, vegetables and fruits good for the skin, drinking this smoothie three-five times a week will improve the skin, reduce blemishes and provide a natural glow!

Simply blend:

1/2 an avocado
1 ripened banana
1-2 stalks broccoli
1 1/2 cup Hemp Milk (or almond/rice/cow milk)
2 teaspoons Moringa
2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Serve into two tall glasses and enjoy!
