And let’s be honest, it’s definitely more sexy… so full tummy aside, you should add this delicious banana and strawberry smoothie bowl to your morning routine and reap those rewards!
Simply blend until completely smooth:
1 frozen banana – chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
Handful of leafy greens
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon Camu Camu
1 tablespoon Maca Powder
2 tablespoons Hemp Seeds
Transfer to a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
