All orders within Australia are sent via Star Track Express and usually arrive within just a few days of ordering.
We pay the shipping cost if your order is over $85, otherwise it is just $9 to anywhere in Australia. It is a very fast and reliable premium overnight service (not comparable to cheap couriers or postal service).
Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched and you can track it on the star track website. Tracking numbers start with “K7PZ5…..”
Orders are sent “Authority to leave in a safe space” by default. You can provide delivery instructions in the checkout such as:
- Leave behind rubbish bins
- Signature required – NO ATL
- Take to Post Office ism no one is home
Yes we do ship to PO Boxes and it costs us an additional $12 so we ask that you help to pay some of this charge as well if your order is under $85.
If you do not receive your order within a week of ordering (and the items were in stock at the time of ordering), please contact star track on 13 2345 and quote your tracking number.

Our prices DO NOT include any applicable customs charges or taxes – these will be your responsibility if your country determines the they are payable.
International shipping starts at just $29 AUD and increases by $5 for every additional 500g. DHL shipping is FREE if you spend $400 AUD. There is no refund on international shipping provided for any reason.

If at any point up to 500 days from purchase you feel as though this is not the best quality super foods in Australia you can return them to us for a refund of the unused portion.
