The product arrived quickly in a couple of days. I live in Launceston and all our mail goes to Hobart first to be sorted (so I am told). Even if we post something to Launceston it goes to Hobart then comes back! So was surprised how quickly product arrived. I was already taking one capsule a day of a commercial brand spirulina but have now upped that to 4 a day since product arrived about a week ago. Too early to see any results but generally feel good. I have just started on Naked Greens and Lion’s Mane. ps I am 80 years old.
