There is plenty of research available to indicate that Bee Pollen has some incredible benefits for fighting illness and bacteria.
One such study was conducted by Dr. Peter Hernuss (University of Vienna) where the participants were 25 women who were treated with chemotherapy. Some of the women were given Bee Pollen with their meals whilst the rest were given a placebo. The women who received the Bee Pollen had less nausea, increased antibody production, increased hemoglobin (red blood cells) and less hair loss.

My sister is a beekeeper in Italy and she told me all the benefits of taking bee pollen. I did some research online and this was the only website with detailed information (ie the heating process). I was worried it would have tasted bitter since my sister has warned me about it, but this pollen tastes very good. I go to the gym every morning and I take half a teaspoon underneath the tongue instead of the usual shot of coffee as an energy booster and it works! Then, when I come back from my workout I have a smoothie with some in it. Throughout the day, I feel with plenty of energy and I don’t get the afternoon crash anymore. As I said, it tastes good, almost like a muesli bar. I love this product and I’m promoting it with friends.
