Product has potential but I found that i had a mild adverse side effect to this product (shaky followed by fatigue). I can be sensitive to products like these so this is just my individual experience. I have had lions mane before with no issue, so I will avoid blended products in the future.

I think my ‘blank brain episodes’ are going away! I’ve had a year of being stuck for words in mid sentence. Terribly frustrating and embarrassing. Am I going stupid? Could it be onset of Alzheimer’s…or maybe effects of post menopausal? I have been on Brain Food Blend for a few weeks and feel my brain coming back 👏
