Nature's multi vitamin- my immune system has never been better (I have Hashimoto autoimmune disease).
I didn't like the usual stuff that's everywhere, i.e. the synthetic concoctions in a bottle. No good for someone with a sensitive stomach. Like me. I ended up taking beef liver, and never looked back. This gives me a boot everytime. Now I've stocked up on it.
I can't get enough of this, I started on this after rejecting synthetic 'stuff' and combining this with Forest Superfoods moringa, along with magnesium and vitamin D2. A trouble free and effective combination.
Ive used your products for a while n love the lions mane and activated charcoal and now the beef liver and mixed shroom blend very happy with your products ✌🏽

I really like the fact that I am getting my B vitamins from a natural food source such as beef liver and not a synthetic compound. I feel it makes a huge difference over time. Overall I’m feeling more energy and a balance in my body that is quite different.
After nearly 3 months of continuous use, I'm starting to notice much more now that I've got increased energy and starting to sleep a bit better also. I will continue to use this product and will hopefully see and can increased benefits.
I had a cold and I believe that taking the beef liver capsules made me better quicker. Everybody else in the house were much sicker for a lot longer. I can't take the full dosage because it upsets my stomach but what I do take is very beneficial.

Great product - bought it before and returned for more... but the follow up service and support was top class when Australia Post made errors. The support ensured resolution in a timely manner- no waiting and they certainly showed accountability and care.
I recently discovered that despite taking a conventional “high dose” iron that is supposedly well tolerated and universally recommended by GPs (Maltofer), my iron levels have still been very low. Doing some reading, it makes sense now as it’s non-haem iron, and it seems a poor form at that. I should’ve guessed by the bodily symptoms but I figured I was taking lots of iron so it couldn’t be that. I get marketed lots of wellness brands on Facebook so there were lots of liver/methylation supplements to choose from. I have purchased from FSF before and loved their mushroom products so I picked the beef liver from this company to try. To be honest, I did not expect it would help but I needed to eliminate any other options before investigating IV iron through my GP (which I’ve tried previously and found pretty unhelpful as well). The dosage of iron and B12 in this FSF supp is so much lower (like single digit percentages) of what I’ve been taking so I was very dubious. I certainly didn’t expect the amazing results I got! In two weeks I’ve noticed a pretty significant turnaround. Definitely shedding less hair, my complexion’s got more colour, my eyebrows have started growing in more and my energy levels are drastically improved. The dry, thick and hard skin is softening, the constant yawning and lethargy is gone, and with two weeks between pathology results I’ve seen a really big increase in my iron/fertitin levels. I go by symptoms though, numbers on paper only mean so much. After struggling along for what is probably a good year of declining iron (looking back), I’m feeling like a human again. Amazing results considering the relatively low doses of everything in this supp. Just goes to show quality and synergistic ingredients are key. As usual the shipping and turnaround from FSF was incredibly fast. I had my supps within 3 days of ordering which is impressive. Very efficient and I love everything about this company. Probably won’t look any further than Forest Super Foods if I need anything else. Value is comparable to other companies (or even better) and for the outstanding quality and service I can’t recommend them more highly.

I had not been able to tolerate iron supplements due to GI issues that resulted, however I have any problem with Beef Liver capsules. While I do not take the full recommended dose, my iron levels are are improving. I am very pleased with this product.
