Our Ceremonial Cacao is the highest grade in Australia, grown from the precious Criollo Cacao beans in Brazil. This species of Cacao is known as ‘The King of Cacao’ due to low fermentation.

The result is a rich, delicious and nutrient-dense raw cacao powder, with no fillers or additives of any kind.
Raw ceremonial cacao is an amazing source of vitamins A, C, D, and B-Complex vitamins.
It is also high in iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and a fair amount of selenium.
High in antioxidants
Cacao is the richest source of theobromine, and one of the richest sources of antioxidants, which helps protect the body from free radicals.
Free radicals are unstable chemicals that damage cell membranes and attack healthy cells which can lead to disease and damage of the body.
Raw cacao has an impressive ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value of over 55,000, which is 4 times that of goji berries.
Along with its high antioxidant content, cacao powder contains a massive 10% total flavonoid content.

Raw cacao powder can be used 1:1 as a substitute for any recipe calling for cocoa powder – although it does have a slightly less sweet taste.

I don’t need coffee anymore! I add this cacao bean powder in my smoothie which adds a nice chocolate flavour. I feel more energetic in a morning without heartburn. I also enjoy this as a hot cocoa drink! I will definitely buy this again!
