Been using the Reishi mushroom for two weeks now and found really works great for a good night sleep. Was trying Melatonin for months which worked off and on but with the Reishi I take two hours before bed and works a treat. I find it eases the mind, relaxes me and before I know it gone.

My son’s been taking Reishi capsules for nearly 12 months. Since taking them he has no more anxiety periods and has definitely kept him calmer and way less stressed. I've been taking Reishi Mushroom for about 5 months. I was really struggling to sleep at the start of the year and Reishi helped me get back into a good sleep pattern!! I don't know what I would have done without it!! I love that it's natural and you don't have to worry about taking it each day. On the days I'm super tired I don't tend to need it which is good. I take it just before bed and I'm out like a light! I only need to take 1-2 a night. If your sleeping pattern is out of whack/not sleeping - I highly recommend to take this product each night. I have found the Reishi Mushrooms to be fabulous. I've been suffering deep and chronic fatigue as a result of poor sleep for a long time. I'm only 6 weeks in with this product. Not every night but mostly now I'm experiencing deeper longer sleep which is a game-changer.

Very fast shipping. I ordered the Reishi mushrooms and have only been taking them for 2 weeks now. I take them at night as directed, and I do feel it has improved my ability to fall asleep (or, I guess calmness) at night time. I went with the capsules as I don't like the idea of having it in a drink! I'd recommend this to anyone who needs to calm their mind down at night. I was initially hesitant to fork out for a bundle of three mushrooms capsules due to the cost, but I do not regret it!
