since it is not regularly taken suplement how offen it is recommended to take? and for how long?
Hey Jola, we dont recommend taking it regularly, just as needed. Long term use will impair nutrient absorption, just use if necessary :)

Why is this not listed as vegan? There seem to be so many products in vegan capsules on this site but only a couple stating that the product itself is actually vegan.
Hi Tudor, thanks for your message. The activated charcoal capsules are vegan, every product is vegan except for the bee pollen and the hemp oil capsules -the actual capsule housing is made from gelatin :)

Great for digestion issues and detox

My wife uses these to calm and smooth her stomach when she gets bloated. Sometimes she will unpack the powder from the capsules and mix with water to benefit the stomach faster. This has also allowed us to be more aware of the foods she reacts to, helping us make better food choices
