So you place the mushrooms on the window sill in the jars for the 2 days?
Hi Brynn, to increase the Vitamin D content of a mushroom, the fresh mushrooms need to be placed on the windowsill for a few hours in the middle of the day. It wont work with dried mushrooms sorry :(

The total weight is 10g and recommended dose is 2g, so $44 for a 5 day supply, is that correct? Thanks
