So you place the mushrooms on the window sill in the jars for the 2 days? Brynn asked on July 6, 2023

Hi Brynn, to increase the Vitamin D content of a mushroom, the fresh mushrooms need to be placed on the windowsill for a few hours in the middle of the day. It wont work with dried mushrooms sorry :(
