Amazing, went from very stressed to chilled within a week.
The Pure Ashwagandha Root has been such a positive addition to my wellbeing. I few weeks ago I noticed that my anxiety was creeping up again, so I thought I’d give Ashwagandha a try after hearing some good reports. I grabbed a brand from the Chemist, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference. I ordered from Forest Super Foods and from the first dose I could notice a difference. At this stage I’m only taking 2 capsules, twice a day, and it’s already having a calming effect on my anxiety. Thank you Forest Super Foods!
I can’t live without Moringa. Every night I have it with my team. Has helped with bloating/ inflammation. Has also improved my immune system. My hubby and kids take them as well.
