Your recipe for "Clear Skin Green Smoothie" says 1 tsp spirulina. How do I add this since you only sell the capsules?
Do I just throw the capsules into the blender with the other ingredients?

You can’t go wrong with Spirulina. My mums been telling me how amazing and good it is for you since I was a kid. Great source of amino acids and plant based iron.
