Hi Mona, we have a food called Camu Camu, which is one of the highest sources of Vitamin C in the world. To support adrenal function, I would suggest a lot of relaxation, some meditation, some yoga, walking, we have an adaptogen called Ashwagandha which can help with the stress. Also cut out all the processed foods, have a diet high in Magnesium, things like fatty fish, avocado, legumes, and leafy greens (we have a product called Australian Greens, which is just basically leafy green vegetables if you dont eat enough of these), these will help to support the health of the adrenal glands.
