What would you recommend for boosting adrenal glands. I know vitamin C is very good. Especially buffered. But I don’t see anything on your site for vitamin C.. maybe you have a powder? I’ve order ashwangha

Hi Mona, we have a food called Camu Camu, which is one of the highest sources of Vitamin C in the world. To support adrenal function, I would suggest a lot of relaxation, some meditation, some yoga, walking, we have an adaptogen called Ashwagandha which can help with the stress. Also cut out all the processed foods, have a diet high in Magnesium, things like fatty fish, avocado, legumes, and leafy greens (we have a product called Australian Greens, which is just basically leafy green vegetables if you dont eat enough of these), these will help to support the health of the adrenal glands. Hope this helps

For this price it is a great entry into black maca. I finished the bag in about week and i am now taking the power form. I noticed the benefits almost instantly after about a day or two. Working night shift at a bar this product truly help boost my energy. Highly recommend if you want the benefits!
