As far as I feel, this product really improved my bloating after months of struggling with it. Also, I cannot stop caressing my skin, cause it's so smooth and sexyyy. I paired the capsules assumption with a vegan wholefoods diet and HIIT and yoga... so for sure it might be a mix of things. I use it in my oat bowl in the mornings and straight after I feel that serotonin boost I really like.

Big fan of the Lion's and Turkey tail. Feeling more energised in the morning and is curb my hunger until the late afternoon. Photo is mix of Naked Greens and forest blend. The naked green capsules are more of a winner for me.

I have been on lions mane for a month and can definitely say it’s the one thing that has made a marked difference in my health. At age 46 & holding a full time stressful job, my body had taken a toll. I was listless and sleeping 8 hours but waking up tired.
