Chocolate Chai Recipe

Struggle to wind down in the evening? This is your sign to take a deep breath (and deep breath out!), find some quiet, and brew yourself a cup of our relaxing chocolate chai drink.

This adaptogenic blend takes two nutrient-dense super foods and combines them in a delicious wind-down elixir. 

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 tsp chai powder, or for a more energising drink, try our Forest Mushroom Chai

2 tsp Forest Raw Ceremonial Grade Cacao

1 tsp of Forest Reishi Mushroom

2 cups milk

Honey or maple to taste

Method:

Place milk, cacao and chai in a saucepan and heat gently until warmed. Add honey to sweeten. Optionally, sprinkle a bit of extra cinnamon on top. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy the comforting and nourishing goodness!
