This relaxing chocolate chai blend takes two nutrient-dense super foods and combines them in a delicious wind-down elixir.
1 tsp chai powder, or for a more energising drink, try our Forest Mushroom Chai
1 tsp of Forest Reishi Mushroom
2 cups milk
Honey or maple to taste
Place milk, cacao and chai in a saucepan and heat gently until warmed. Add honey to sweeten. Optionally, sprinkle a bit of extra cinnamon on top. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy the comforting and nourishing goodness!
