Easy Chia pudding

I’m going to keep this as simple as I can. Add chia pudding to your day and you add gram for gram more omega 3’s than salmon, more antioxidants than blueberries and more calcium than milk. And it’s so easy to whip up in less than 1 min you have chia pudding. Make it the night before.
Chia pudding
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp #forestsuperfoods chia seeds
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
Stir till combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight serve with fresh fruit
