If you avoid starting your day with a smoothie because you end up hungry an hour later – this recipe is guaranteed to keep you satisfied until lunchtime. It’s packed with plant-based protein, fibre and healthy fats to help keep blood glucose levels steady.

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)
- 1 ripe banana
- 4-5 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
- ¼ – ½ cup ice
- ½ ripe avocado
- ½ tbsp Australian Greens
- ½ tbsp Ceremonial Raw Cacao
Blend all ingredients till smooth and enjoy. Top with chia seeds or cacao nibs for some extra crunch if you like.
