Raspberry Hemp Muffins

1 cup self-raising flour

1/2 olive oil

3/4 cup plant based Milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup raspberries frozen

1 banana mashed

2 tbsp Forest super Foods Hemp Seeds

Turn oven to 175c. Combine flour, hemp seeds and sugar in a bowl, in another jug whisk together the egg, oil and milk. Then mix the two till just combined. Add in banana and raspberries, then spoon into muffin trays.

Bake for around 15 mins or until lightly browned.
