Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Certified Organic Yellow Maca Powder
- 2 teaspoons Raw Ceremonial Cacao Powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
- Optional toppings: hemp seeds, fresh fruit (such as sliced bananas or berries), nut butter, bee pollen
Instructions:
- In a large bowl or two jars, divide the rolled oats, chia seeds, yellow maca powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup evenly.
- Pour 1 cup of almond milk into each bowl or jar.
- Stir each bowl or jar well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Tip: you can put the lid on your jar and just give it a good shake!
- Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid and soften.
- Before serving, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Top your overnight oats with optional toppings such as hemp seeds, seasonal fruit, bee pollen and a dollop of nut butter.
