A simple, delicious and healthy snack for kids and adults alike! Made with real fruit and just 3 ingredients.
Ingredients:
– 3 cups fruit
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup, agave, or honey
– 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
If you have a dehydrator use that otherwise preheat your oven to the lowest setting. Put some baking paper on baking tray.
In a blender, puree the fruit, sweetener and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the mix onto the baking tray, using a spatula to spread evenly. Leaving a few centimetres of a border.
Place into oven or dehydrator and bake for 4-8 hours until no longer sticky.
Remove from oven/dehydrator and allow to cool.
